- The Chateau is approached up a gravel tree-lined drive of about 1km, passing woodland and lakes, that opens out to a large expanse of open land around the Chateau with mature specimen trees. The Chateau has about 100 rooms, and is entirely original with superb stone and parque floors, extensive panelling and a chapel.
- Gardener's House and range of outbuildings (west of the Chateau) is uninhabited.
- Le Chaillou Farmstead (north of the Chateau) is an uninhabited large farmhouse with substantial courtyard complex of barns, kennels, stabling and an inhabited dwelling.
- Farmstead (east of the Chateau) is an uninhabited complex comprising of an L-shaped 2 storey barn dwelling and single storey barn.
- Farmouse (beyond the Le Chaillou Farmstead) comprises of an inhabited 2 storey dwelling with a small range of outbuildings.
- Le Buisson Cottage and Barn (north of the Chateau) is uninhabited and lies in open agricultural ground.
- Farmstead (beyond Le Buisson Cottage) comprises of 2 large barns, an uninhabited 2 storey farmhouse with attached barn and nearby, an open sided barn.
The estate has an excellent network of internal access roads, to serve not only the woodland areas, but also approximately 111 hectares which is under cultivation.
The lakes are served by River Mortier, where there is much natural wildlife that include boar and deer.
The utility services comprise of mains electricity to those parts that are inhabited, and private drainage. There is a water bore on the estate. On the external eastern and northern boundaries of the estate are water pumping and electricity stations, which are ideally located to handle further development.
